Using our developed strategy and planning methodologies we will help our clients to take into consideration the rapidly evolving trends and developments in the digital sector to help them future proof their digital services.

Design & Development

We will then build an Alpha and Beta specification set and rapidly enable the user feedback process to begin before any design or development is started. We feel this is an essential step to ensure the best ideas are captured at an early stage.

Our core team of design and development professionals and engineers will then build, using an agreed architecture and technology platorm the Alpha version of the service. This can often be within weeks depending on the commercial and technical complexities.

Operations & Support

We also can provide ongoing operational support and management until the service is sufficiently mature to pass to an in-house operations team to manage on an ongoing basis.

Courses

We also run two course for our clients to help them stay ahead in the digital sector. DigitalFuture™ and DigitalStartup™ are our 1 day courses for corporate executives and digital entrepreneurs.
